1. General Provisions

Under Articles 437 and 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document is a public offer. Payment for the service is considered acceptance of the offer.

If you do not agree with any part of this offer, you must refrain from placing an order and using the seller's services.

Core definitions
  • "Offer" means the seller's public proposal to conclude an agreement under the terms of this document.
  • "Buyer" means an individual who accepted the terms of the offer.
  • "Acceptance" means full and unconditional acceptance of the agreement by paying for the order.
  • "Service" means a digital product or software access published on the official website.
  • "Order" means the buyer's request to purchase a service on the website.
  • "Usage Rules" means mandatory requirements and restrictions governing software use after accepting the offer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The seller provides services according to the current price list published on the website, and the buyer pays for and accepts the service under this offer.

This agreement, the usage rules, and the related appendices form an integral part of the offer.

3. Order Placement

Services are ordered through the website "rockstar.pub".

During registration, the buyer must provide a username and email address.

Payment for an independently placed order confirms the buyer's acceptance of this agreement. The payment date is the contract conclusion date.

All materials published on "rockstar.pub" are informational. If the buyer has questions about the service, they should contact the seller before payment.

Fulfillment period

The normal order fulfillment period is up to 1 business day. In exceptional cases the period may be changed individually; if fulfillment becomes impossible, the seller may cancel the service and notify the buyer by email.

  • The order is deemed completed once the buyer accepts the service.
  • If inaccurate contact data is provided, the seller is not liable for improper fulfillment.
  • If the seller is at fault, repeated fulfillment of the order is free of charge.

4. Payment

Payment is made using electronic payment instruments to the seller's account. A receipt confirms successful payment.

Prices published on the website may be changed by the seller unilaterally before the order is paid.

  • Payment method: non-cash payment.

5. Service Delivery

The service is provided electronically and does not involve physical shipment of goods.

  • Access is granted by crediting the buyer's account or issuing access to the software.
  • After successful payment, the order may be activated automatically or manually.
  • In certain cases, activation instructions or data may be sent to the buyer's email.
  • The standard delivery period is up to 1 business day after payment confirmation.
  • In exceptional cases, delivery time may be extended and the buyer is notified by email.
  • The seller's obligations are considered fulfilled once the service is credited to the account or access is granted.
  • If incorrect account data is provided, the seller is not responsible for delivery failure.
  • Delays caused by technical issues or third-party service restrictions are possible.

6. Refunds

The buyer may refuse the ordered service at any time before the order is fulfilled.

If the service is provided with inadequate quality, the buyer must contact the seller as soon as possible.

Refunds for inadequate quality are processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Refund conditions
  • For a refund of a properly delivered service, there must be no successful launch of the software recorded on the seller's server.
  • A refund is only possible if the buyer did not refuse the seller's assistance in resolving launch issues.
  • In all other cases, refunds for a properly delivered service are not available.
  • A refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date the order was accepted.
Processing procedure

Refund requests are submitted through the seller's contact channels. Review and payout are processed on business days; if approved, the refund is sent to the same payment instrument used for payment.

A service of proper quality is software that works correctly on the seller's side and for other buyers, as confirmed by the seller's internal information system.

7. Rights, Duties, and Liability

The website, all information on it, and all functionality are provided on an "as is" basis, unless otherwise required by law.

  • The seller is not liable for improper use of services by the buyer.
  • The seller may transfer rights and obligations related to order fulfillment to third parties.
  • The buyer may not transfer, sell, or exchange access to the purchased service.
  • The seller and its partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or other damages, including bans and access restrictions imposed by third parties.
  • The seller is not liable for consequences of software use, including sanctions by game servers, platforms, or other external services.
  • The software is provided strictly for familiarization and educational purposes. The seller does not encourage violations of Mojang, Microsoft, or private Minecraft server rules.
  • The buyer independently assumes and evaluates all risks related to software use in gaming environments.
  • The software contains no malicious code, is not intended for unauthorized access, and runs exclusively on the client side under the user's control.
  • The buyer must comply with the Usage Rules and with the rules of gaming platforms, servers, and other third-party services.
  • Claims related to order fulfillment are processed within 10 business days from receipt.
